Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of pharmaceutical marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, digital, and other non-personal promotional channels.
  • Define and implement measurement plans with external agencies, develop reporting frameworks, and provide monthly analysis.
  • Respond to stakeholder requests for custom reports and analysis.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis with the Advanced Analytics team to measure ROI.
  • Liaise between Omnichannel Marketing team and agencies, ensuring adherence to methodologies and business rules.
  • Coordinate and align data requirements, KPIs, and report designs.
  • Validate agency reports and reconcile against other data sources.
  • Onboard new omnichannel data with Data Governance and IT teams, define business rules, and regularly validate data.
  • Act as SME for data definitions and business rules.
  • Identify trends, opportunities to optimize media spend.
  • Work with Dashboarding team to ensure accurate data visualization and adherence to measurement plan.
  • Support A/B testing and experiment tracking.
  • Align with marketing teams on goals.
  • Provide campaign data to Advanced Analytics team as needed.
  • Stay updated on best practices, improve reporting processes, and identify new data sources and measurement approaches.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Paid Media Analytics or similar role.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
  • Experience working with marketing datasets and metrics across multiple channels (email, display, TV, social media, search, etc).
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational database structures.
  • Strong project management skills & verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven abilities to mine data, identify data errors and bubble up insights that are actionable.
  • Ability to move easily between technical activities and communication with business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with business owners in defining analysis objectives and data requirements.
  • Ability to organize business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in data and presentation review.
  • Superb personal time management skills, highly organized, have the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI preferred (not required).
