Responsibilities

  • Support the development of forecasting, segmentation, and personalization models to drive marketing strategy.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to surface opportunities for improving conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Assist in the execution and analysis of A/B tests to evaluate campaigns and offer effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that help track funnel/campaign/model performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to answer key business questions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of marketing metrics and experimentation frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other data-related field required.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Proven track record of completing multiple data science projects end-to-end; from idea generation, objectives formulation, to implementation and deliverables.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with applied machine learning, business analytics and data visualization.
  • Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, causal inference.
  • Understanding of common marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates).

Nice-to-haves

  • Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus.
