Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze data to ensure accuracy.
  • Use data-driven storytelling and analysis to uncover insights, trends, and business opportunities effectively influencing stakeholder decisions.
  • Utilize data sources and tools to provide regularly scheduled measurement reporting as well as ad hoc reporting.
  • Create and refine data sets to enable self-service data analysis of key performance indicators through dashboards.
  • Own and optimize data segmentation for highly targeted and performance-driven audience marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and recommend improvement opportunities by monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data, and partnering with internal teams as needed.
  • Identify marketing opportunities and scenarios to create and test marketing campaigns as well as assess the final impact on customer performance.
  • Design research projects and analyze marketing metrics to identify actions to improve customer and financial performance.
  • Analyze competitive activity through data, research, and store visits to develop marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to determine and evaluate brand perceptions, customer preferences, and market penetration.
  • Utilize and integrate data and market research from surveys and focus groups for growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business or any related field plus three (3) years' experience in analysis in an Accounting, Finance or Marketing preferred or other analytical area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
