About the position

CompleteRx is looking for a Marketing Analytics and Reporting Coordinator who is pivotal in researching and identifying ways to build our brand and increase lead generation while measuring the effectiveness of marketing strategies and providing data-driven insights to optimize performance and help build the sales pipeline. Knowledge and understanding of the following platforms as it pertains to analytics and reporting: GA4, HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, Microsoft Excel, Definitive Healthcare, PowerBI, etc. Transforms raw data into actionable insights leading our team to develop and deploy more effective campaigns, better customer understanding and generate more qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate data from various marketing channels including social media, website analytics, email campaigns, and paid ads.
  • Manage and ensure the integrity of marketing databases (Hubspot CRM, Definitive Healthcare, PowerBI).
  • Research, identify, and analyze new and existing markets to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarketing data.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify customer intent, trends, successes, and areas needing improvement.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for different marketing metrics that align with the company's goals.
  • Calculate the return on investment (ROI) and efficiency of different marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales Team, and Digital Marketing Agency to ensure cohesive data tracking and analysis.
  • Develop, prepare, and present reports to stakeholders, including the business development team and senior leadership.
  • Translate complex data findings into understandable, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot Reports, or similar platforms to gather and analyze data.
  • Research and recommend new marketing tools to support and optimize marketing processes.
  • Manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Continually seek and implement improvements in data collection and analysis processes, this includes recommendations.
  • Ensure all data collection and processing is compliant with relevant data privacy laws and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in marketing analytics and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics and reporting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience utilizing data analysis tools.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
