We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive Marketing Analytics professional with deep expertise in media performance analysis within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating, optimizing, and scaling our multi-channel media investments—including Direct Mail, SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic—at significant scale ($30M+ annually). As the analytics leader for our marketing channels you'll partner with channel owners to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve acquisition efficiency, optimize CAC/LTV ratios, and ultimately accelerate our mission of democratizing home equity.
