Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content to increase engagement and followers.
- Research and evaluate competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to improve Omega’s marketing strategy and brand positioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase positive online customer reviews.
- Manage Omega’s online reputation and respond with urgency to all comments and reviews.
- Produce, shoot, and edit engaging video content.
- Manage signage, to include monument signs and agent 'for sale' signs: Coordinate the design, production, and placement of directional and informational signs within residential communities.
- Design and maintain handouts and sales collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing materials, digital platforms, and physical signage.
- Attend local industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to build brand awareness and foster partnerships.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related field preferred.
