About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our brand messaging, marketing campaigns, and external communications. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing content creation, managing public relations efforts, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and oversee content creation for digital, social media, email, and print communications.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, executive presentations and crisis communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead internal communications efforts to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Oversee event planning and promotional campaigns to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with experience in content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, search engine optimization (SEO), social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with media, public relations, and brand management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
