POSITION SUMMARY: A key member of the NUK USA marketing team, the Brand Manager will play an integral role in leading the companys brand marketing initiatives. This role will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and the ongoing success of the business. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing communications programs and lead important projects required to execute the marketing plan and deliver business objectives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage all elements of the marketing communications plan including advertising, digital, social media, email marketing, consumer promotion, consumer reviews and blogger outreach. * Create and manage large-scale consumer sampling programs. * Partner in the development and management of social media content, monthly conversation calendars and promotions. * Track and analyze the success of online campaigns, including development of dashboard reports and identifying benchmarks for success * Leverage social media listening to keep a pulse on NUKs brand heath, maintain a positive brand image and help measure success of promotions and campaigns * Manage eCRM program including overseeing development of email content, developing programs to acquire additional members, and leveraging members to drive reviews and brand advocacy * Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the North American baby care market, competitors, consumer behaviors, and brand identity * Build strong relationships with agency partners and collaborate with sales team to develop and execute customer specific programs. * Manage trade show execution including booth design & execution. * Lead coupon redemption tracking and analysis. * Monitor industry and competitors use of social media for benchmarking purposes. Lead competitive tracking and analysis. * Manage budget, track spending and analyze ROI of key initiatives. All job functions to be completed in compliance with federal, state, local regulations, company guidelines and policies. REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Marketing Services REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION LEVEL: Required: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Preferred: MBA WORK EXPERIENCE: Required: 3-5 years of consumer marketing communications, brand management, social media or related experience. Experience to include developing and executing consumer communications, developing and managing marketing content, managing agency relationships and annual marketing planning. Preferred: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
