Marketing and Proposal Specialist

About the position

HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc., an Award Winning, National Quality Assurance Inspection and Construction Management Firm, is currently seeking to fill the role of 'Marketing and Proposal Specialist'. The ideal candidate is creative and possesses exemplary writing, organizational, and project management skills. Prefer experience working with a team to develop pursuit strategic plan. A successful Marketing and Proposal Specialist has leadership qualities and demonstrates a collaborative mindset, exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. He/she must be a strategic thinker and aggressively seeks new pursuits within the industry and in new markets.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring industry for RFP/RFI's
• Collaborate with team to develop strategy and win themes
• Facilitate kick off meetings that determine fit/probability of success and define expectations
• Identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and develop and manage adherence to proposal schedule
• Collaborate and suggest proposal process improvement
• Develop visual and written content for proposals; draft and/or edit proposal narrative as necessary
• Schedule and facilitate proposal quality/compliance review meetings
• Develop page layout and manage proposal documents
• Communicate and coordinate status with the proposal team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the planning, preparation, and development of engineering/construction proposals and qualifications packages for public sector clients
• Familiarity with the AEC industry and Standard Form 330
• Familiarity with various markets including transportation, water and wastewater, rail, power, oil and gas
• Exceptional writing, editing, and document organization skills
• Experience with graphic design software
• Intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite
