-DK is seeking an Assistant to provide support to the VP, Marketing and Publicity with the daily operations of the group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, regular administrative functions such as assisting with scheduling, meeting planning, and travel arrangements. As well, Assistant will be responsible for some project-related functions, such as managing DK's trade show program, helping create departmental presentations and communications, assisting in development of marketing/pr plans, running basic data reports and general research.
Job requirements:
Successful candidate must be able to juggle multiple projects at one time and set priorities among them. Interest in publishing, marketing and publicity a plus. Excellent communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to pay attention to detail, are also required. Familiarity with Gmail and G Suite a plus.
