This role will be responsible for coordinating campaigns, supporting client outreach, and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Coordinate sales and marketing materials, presentations, and proposals
- Support client acquisition and retention efforts through follow-ups and lead tracking
- Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Analyze marketing and sales data to provide actionable insights
- Assist with reports, client communications, and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
