Marketing Assistant

About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging while contributing to overall project success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and coordinating marketing materials and presentations
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Help organize marketing events, tradeshows, and internal communications
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain and update the company’s marketing database
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with company objectives
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
