Marketing Assistant

About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will provide support to the marketing department in developing, implementing, and tracking marketing strategies and campaigns. You will assist with project coordination, research, content creation, and communication efforts that align with our brand’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor analysis
• Support in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Help maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor campaign performance and provide analytical feedback
• Prepare and distribute internal and external communications
• Support events, product launches, and other marketing-related activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and project coordination
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
