About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, conducting market research, managing content, and assisting with event coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring marketing projects are completed on time and align with our company’s brand and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate content creation for digital and print materials
  • Support social media and email marketing initiatives
  • Help organize company events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Maintain the marketing database and ensure accuracy of information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design or marketing tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
