Marketing Assistant Job Description:
Our client, a corporate headquarters in Virginia Beach, is currently seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join their team! This will a contract to hire assignment with opportunity to grow!
Duties include but are not limited to:
1) Providing general office support
2) Maintaining accurate records and files
3) Creating customized PowerPoint presentations
4) Coordinating meetings with clients
5) Running and analyzing sales reports and assisting with in-store events.
Requirements:
Must have 1 year of recent administrative skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication skills
