The Marketing Assistant is responsible for creating content and designing graphics that support the company’s promotional and communication strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital billboard campaigns.
Design signage for in-store displays, the company website, and social media platforms.
Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Ensure all store locations are supplied with appropriate displays, flyers, and flags.
Collaborate with the media team to produce commercials and training videos.
Organize and maintain inventory of company apparel.
Design and distribute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and product announcements.
Maintain and update content on the company website.
Support the Marketing Manager with daily tasks and initiatives.
Post product listings to online platforms such as Craigslist.
Represent the company at trade shows, local community and promotional events.
Assist in planning and executing company-wide events.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand project objectives and communication needs.
Research existing materials and competitor campaigns to inform communication strategies.
Propose and develop marketing campaigns across various media, including digital, print, direct mail, and multimedia formats.
Present creative concepts and campaign recommendations to the Marketing Manager and relevant stakeholders.
Create and coordinate multimedia marketing packages.
Schedule video shoots and develop production scripts.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of completed campaigns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, or related software.
