The Marketing Associate develops critical branding work and consumer strategies across all sales channels.
Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of company's online and social marketing strategy, including continued development of the company website.
Work with sales and channel partners to implement existing programs, provide counsel to improve market impact, create integrated growth programs, identify new market opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty.
Develop tools and processes to effectively measure and monitor marketing activities.
Ensure the brand and company values are understood internally and externally.
Develop and manage to the Marketing budget including developing key metrics to help determine ROI on marketing programs.
Manage all marketing and public relations activities to reinforce and build the company awareness and the brands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is strongly preferred.
