About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This position supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assists in market research, and helps coordinate internal communications and promotional activities. You will play a key role in shaping brand awareness and supporting revenue-generating initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Support content creation for promotional materials, presentations, and email campaigns
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events and client meetings
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and project alignment
• Manage vendor communications and marketing material production timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (CRM, CMS, analytics platforms)
• Attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
