Your role in our team includes leading and orchestrating all local marketing and brand communication activities in support of the company's ambitious growth plans. You will adapt and tailor the global strategy to fit the unique cultural, economic, and regulatory landscape of the local market. You will implement and execute local activity plans in collaboration with the global Marketing, Brand and Communications team including marketing campaigns, localized content creation, events, media relations, and PR. You will monitor and report on the performance of activities, provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. You will act as local Brand Ambassador by taking on local responsibility for the Körber brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and will establish and manage ROI, timelines, budgets, and workflows to deliver against objectives and deadline requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and orchestrate all local marketing and brand communication activities.
  • Adapt and tailor the global strategy to fit the local market.
  • Implement and execute local activity plans in collaboration with the global team.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of activities.
  • Act as local Brand Ambassador for the Körber brand.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute major trade shows and events.
  • Establish and manage ROI, timelines, budgets, and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech industry and/or complex machinery and software sales in a B2B environment.
  • Experience coordinating comprehensive event marketing plans.
  • Experience with new exhibit design and management.
  • Strong knowledge of event management.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications.
