About the position

Ontic is a leading global aerospace OEM trusted by the world’s aviation leaders. Our new Miramar, FL site (opening end of July 2025) will become THE center of excellence for our MRO operations in North America. Having more than doubled our business in the last 5 years, we are the fastest growing aerospace company in the world! A key strategic growth area for Ontic is its MRO division. As customer expectations evolve — and demand for high-quality, OEM-supported repairs and exceptional service continues to rise — the establishment of new MRO facilities allows us to scale support, enhance service delivery, and deepen customer relationships. We are looking for a MRO Marketing Business Partner to champion the MRO brand, drive growth, and embed a customer-first marketing approach at the heart of the division. You will report to the Director of Marketing & Communications and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the marketing business partner for the MRO division, building strong relationships with stakeholders across commercial, operations, and program teams.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans to support business goals — including lead generation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Position Ontic’s MRO offering clearly and competitively across key channels.
  • Lead the creation of compelling messaging, content, and assets that showcase our MRO capabilities and value proposition.
  • Support product launches, growth announcements, and strategic partnerships with tailored go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment across digital, brand, events, and PR.
  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, using data to refine strategy and demonstrate impact.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and clarity in how Ontic’s MRO services are presented internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience in a B2B environment (circa 5 years and ideally in aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or MRO).
  • Demonstrable success in developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational ability.
  • Collaborative team player with initiative and curiosity.
  • Experience in the aerospace or defense sectors.
  • Understanding of aftermarket/MRO business models.
  • Familiarity with tools including CRM, Canva, Email Broadcasting, HubSpot, Google and marketing automation platforms.
