About the position

Tipalti is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. In this high-impact role, you will develop, launch, and manage highly targeted, multi-touch, multi-channel prospects and nurture campaigns that meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel integrated campaigns to build pipeline within identified target accounts/industries
  • Define ideal customer profiles and develop creative, innovative, and engaging messaging
  • Work with the creative, content and web teams to deliver high quality campaign assets that resonate with the target audience
  • Define and track campaign metrics to ensure business impact measured by leads, opportunities, pipeline generated (sourced/influenced), and bookings achieved
  • Manage campaign launch and timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimization and be accountable for campaign results
  • Communicate campaign strategy and results with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the planning, executing and measuring of lead generation campaigns and webinars

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in software/SaaS marketing, demand generation, or campaign management
  • Experience developing and executing B2B SaaS campaigns to mid-market businesses
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM & project management software (Salesforce, Asana, Marketo preferred)
  • Creative thinker that excels at multitasking in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute while learning from data and quickly course-correcting based on the data
  • Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritise numerous projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross functionally, and also work independently
  • Adept at juggling multiple priorities, excellent attention to detail, and service orientation

Nice-to-haves

  • Solid understanding and background in email marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and multi-channel demand generation campaigns
  • Passionate about results, improving programs, and testing new ideas
  • Expertise in a marketing campaigns/demand generation role, in SaaS or a B2B tech environment
  • Executing marketing campaigns, end-to-end, against measurable goals
