About the position

In this position, you will participate in the implementation and activation of marketing plans for commercialization efforts for new product introductions and campaigns for the nVent Electrical brands including nVent ERICO, nVent ILSCO, and nVent ERIFLEX in the North American region. You will build written and technical content including product narratives, digital marketing campaigns, social media and blog posts, and presentations in support of regional campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional business partners and leaders to support product and solution offerings and handle multiple meaningful projects simultaneously. Ensuring brand and marketing process adherence is crucial for high-quality content creation and brand-building. You will also collaborate with the Marketing Technology team for alignment related to performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation and activation of marketing plans for commercialization efforts.
  • Build written and technical content including product narratives and features.
  • Create digital marketing campaigns, social media and blog posts, and presentations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional business partners and leaders.
  • Ensure brand and marketing process adherence in the region.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Technology team for performance dashboard alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred, including marketing or agency experience.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media publishing tools, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing, and website CMS.
  • Experience with modern digital marketing platforms and project management software.
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working for a major electrical or industrial products manufacturer or distributor.
  • Experience with marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and customer relationship management (Salesforce.com preferred).
