You will help review, activate, and amplify pre-sales content and support additional sales enablement collateral. You will collaborate closely with our stakeholders on programs to support sales, businesses, or cross-business initiatives. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Communications Manager.

Responsibilities

  • A strong individual contributor on a global team in a large matrixed organization.
  • Tool enablement support: Provide resources, training and assistance for tools/software.
  • Review/edit and activate content in numerous systems: blogs, web copy, eBooks, brochures, infographics, social.
  • Project Management: Help manage deliverables and activities; working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and outside agencies; coordinating activities; and tracking progress. Track activity, both internally and with outside vendors, for adherence to brand standards, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Provide Canva design support for social media graphics.
  • Support sales enablement activities.
  • Monitor metrics: Facilitate regular reporting to measure, analyze and adjust content for maximum business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills
  • Ability to manage projects with a variety of stakeholders
  • Understanding of marketing, social media, events, and digital marketing
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing requests and priorities

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with creative marketing tools, software programs and marketing automation platforms
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent, in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the industrial automation environment
