You are the communication expert responsible for building customer interest, awareness, and advocacy for our portfolio of products and solutions. You will develop, activate, and amplify pre-sales content and support additional sales enablement collateral. You will collaborate closely with our stakeholders on programs to support sales, businesses, or cross-business initiatives. You are a wicked storyteller, and your content will find and capture our target audience and help them understand our core values. You will work in a hybrid setting from either our Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Mayfield Heights, Ohio offices and report to the Manager, Marketing Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Create/edit/activate messaging: Craft curious, thought-provoking, and emotional stories based on the target audience (blogs, web copy, eBooks, brochures, infographics, social, etc.).
  • Project Management: Track activity, both internally and with outside vendors, for adherence to brand standards, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Monitor metrics: Facilitate regular reporting to measure, analyze and adjust content for maximum business impact.
  • Support sales enablement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of experience with creative marketing tools, software programs and marketing automation platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Working knowledge of Canva Design Software.
  • Content development and project management skills.
  • Understanding of marketing, social media, events, and digital marketing.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent, in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in the industrial automation environment.
