<H2>Marketing Consultant - Contractor (United States)</H2>
We are looking for an experienced marketer who is ready to dive into launching a new product and project manage an exciting rebranding project. You will be working with Cornerstoneâs Global Small Business team to help with launch a campaign announcing our new rebrand which includes a website, promoting the launch of our upcoming LMS. This includes product positioning and messaging, working closely with product managers on updates to product roadmap, working with external agencies on web development, planning events/conferences, supporting sales by developing relevant assets, and working with account managers and customer marketing on customer communications and engagement. This contract position reports into the Head of SMB Marketing.

- Project manage new brand role out: work with various teams (sales, product, external agencies, internal MarComm team, PR, legal, etc) to ensure all teams are aligned and on target with deliverables
- Develop copy and lead content direction for new website and product marketing videos; work directly with external agencies and serve as liaison between agency and internal teams
- Ensure that all product messaging, screenshots, sales tools, demos and product campaigns consistently target buyer personas
- Create product specific content including datasheets, videos, briefs/white papers, presentations, etc for Growth Editionâs new Learning product, launching in October
- Collaborate with product management on upcoming releases, roadmap updates, customer insights and feedback, and product launches
- Partner with Demand Gen on creating assets and briefs that align with product positioning; Review assets created by Copywriter
- Work with external agencies to develop new product marketing videos
- Support Sales Directors and sales enablement by creating internal sales assets, presentation decks, talking points, competitive intel, and demos
- Create positioning decks for senior leadership to leverage for meetings with investors, analysts, board members, etc.
- Support Customer Marketing
- Work directly with Customer Marketing Specialist to guide customer marketing programs that drive product adoption, retention, upsell/ cross sell, and brand loyalty
- Oversee customer communications, newsletters, onboarding email nurtures, webinars, etc.
