We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator - Communities to join our team. We are looking for YOU!

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the marketing coordinator for HHHunt Communities and its subsidiary Genesis Community Management (GCM), assisting with graphics, newsletters, signage, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage social media accounts for HHHunt Communities, including creating and posting content and monitoring/responding to appropriate positive and negative reviews.
  • Join meetings with business area leaders, community managers, preferred builders, vendors, and employees related to HHHunt Communities marketing and communicate key takeaways to the Marketing team.
  • Work with HHHunt Communities creative services vendors to ensure all necessary information and assets are received and accurate.
  • Ensure all materials are on brand, aligned with planned marketing strategies, and approved by the Director of Marketing.
  • Communicate with HHHunt Communities requestors to provide status updates and ensure marketing materials are accurate and timely.
  • Work with HHHunt Communities vendors to obtain quotes, purchase orders, press proofs, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Audit HHHunt Communities websites for grammatical errors, broken links, outdated photography, and video, making updates as needed.
  • Visit HHHunt Communities' communities on a pre-scheduled basis to engage with on-site teams, gather marketing insights and ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in concept calls and design of event collateral.
  • Perform various administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in real-estate marketing, marketing coordination, project management, or administrative support in a marketing environment is required.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational, project management, and time management skills to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborator who works well with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Proactive and resourceful in coordinating projects, managing deliverables, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Experience with marketing coordination, including managing marketing materials, approvals, and vendor communication.
  • Professional and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
