We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator / Data Specialist to join our team in Rockville, MD or Richmond, VA. Collaborating with and receiving mentoring from regional Marketing Managers, you will also have the opportunity to work alongside other skilled team members, and tackle challenging projects—there is no better time to join the AMT family.

Responsibilities

  • Understand proposal development processes and standard forms
  • Become familiar with the firm's practice areas and related terminology
  • Format proposal sections in compliance with department standards and utilizing templates
  • Produce hard copy and digital proposal submissions and prepare delivery (as needed)
  • Complete data entry to regularly populate the marketing database in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, OpenAsset and/or SharePoint
  • Organize, store, and archive proposal documents, maintaining electronic files and ensuring information is easily accessible
  • Provide attention to detail and data consistency
  • Handle multiple assignments while working within deadlines
  • Work positively and collaboratively within the marketing department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or proposal development role, preferably within the A/E/C or professional services industries
  • Excellent time management as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, SharePoint, OpenAsset, InDesign, and Photoshop preferred but not required
