About the position

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be a part of the Lifestyle brands portfolio. Your focus will be on the Dockers brand but will assist with other brands in the organization. The position will assist in managing a variety of brand-building initiatives including photo shoots, website initiatives, content creation, and project-based work depending on the marketing initiatives for the season. You will cultivate relationships with the Licensor/external stakeholders and work cross functionally across all company departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the coordinator of season PDP (product detail page) photography and video Ecommerce shoots.
  • Liaison with the sales team to develop shot sheet for the shoot.
  • Coordinating the collection of samples for the shoot.
  • Working with the stylist on style out, racking final looks.
  • Coordination with the photo studio on sample delivery and return of samples.
  • Trafficking final images to WedDam and communicating to partners availability of final assets.
  • Partner with Marketing Director, Lifestyle brands on content strategy and development.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in managing brand influencers and gifting programs.
  • Support Marketing Director in seasonal graphic creation and distribution to wholesale accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing, PR or communications experience.
  • Experience with retail and/or consumer marketing (preferred).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at project management with expertise in project management tools, e.g. Asana.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented, double-checking work, with autonomous follow-through and proactiveness.
  • Ability to communicate and interface well across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail oriented, self-starter who can work independently and within a team setting.
