About the position

The Campus Dining Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our campus dining services. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, engaging with the campus community, and fostering a positive dining experience through effective communication and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the goals of promoting our dining services and enhancing the dining experience on campus.
  • Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience and conveys key messages effectively.
  • Coordinate and promote special dining events, promotions, and initiatives to increase participation and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and surveys to gather feedback and insights from students and the campus community, using this data to improve dining offerings.
  • Collaborate with other campus departments and student organizations to enhance cross-promotional and partnership opportunities that benefit dining services.
  • Ensure there are visually appealing graphics and visuals to support marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, making informed decisions to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and coordinate responses to feedback and reviews from customers with THS Marketing, addressing concerns promptly and implementing improvements when necessary.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and improvement.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with THS Marketing Leadership, unit leadership, and other team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and innovation in marketing initiatives to engage and captivate the campus community.
  • Meet project deadlines and manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Take ownership of your work and responsibilities, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all marketing activities and interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (experience is a plus).
  • Creative skills in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
  • Proficient in social media management, analytics, and staying updated on trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Project management expertise for effective campaign and event execution.
