About the position

Support and coordinate marketing efforts for concerts, events, tours, and brand marketing at the Ryman Auditorium. Work closely with venue operations, external clients, sponsors, promoters and artist teams to assist with various tasks to drive ticket sales and show awareness. Reports to Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and send venue emails, including the weekly newsletter, preshow emails, and one-off sends.
  • Ensure correct messaging is displayed on the venue's print and digital signage. Order printed materials such as flyers, posters, and signs.
  • Update marketing settlements by entering media buys, organizing receipts, scanning, and filing.
  • Maintain the brand calendar, venue announcement, and on-sale calendars, including pre-sale information.
  • Assist with website updates.
  • Responsible for departmental budget tracking maintenance and invoice management, including processing invoices for approval and submission to Accounting promptly and within deadlines.
  • Assist with the Hatch Show Print program, including placing orders, retrieving posters, tracking sales, and organizing the print library.
  • Complete related reporting tasks such as tracking radio and social media contest winners and filing Pollstar box office results.
  • Assist in trafficking paid ads, compiling data, and reporting paid and organic social campaign results.
  • Provide backup coverage support for on-site promotions, shows and events, photo/video shoots, artist interviews, red carpets, etc.
  • Assist in setting up promotions with local and regional partners, grassroots marketing campaigns, and other project management needs for the venue.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
