The Marketing Coordinator manages marketing efforts within their designated territory or area. They are responsible for executing campaigns, building relationships, and ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans for each affiliate office within a designated territory.
- Assist with the concepting, copywriting, design, and editing of campaigns across a variety of marketing mediums.
- Manage and maintain relationships with affiliate offices.
- Bring strategy and creativity to life in marketing campaigns across mediums (digital, outdoor, community, print, etc.).
- Create training and protocols for office staff to ensure community marketing and social media efforts are correctly deployed and measured.
- Use existing systems and develop relevant dashboards that provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Support training and mentorship of Marketing Associates, as needed.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing-related role.
- Familiarity with analyzing marketing data, using tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
- Experience with Adobe and Canva is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is ideal.
