Responsibilities

  • Supporting queries and analytics using department software tools and CRM
  • Supporting administrative tasks related to tracking, scheduling, and reporting the content pipeline for insights, events, and professional profiles
  • End-to-end support for building professional profiles on Exponent.com and processes related to best practices, confirming updates, obtaining internal approvals, etc.
  • Administrative tasks related to our internal quality management platform and tracking of approvals across a large, matrixed organization
  • Creating, updating, and scheduling content for external or internal marketing campaigns on all channels including social media posts, website articles and events, email, landing pages, and company intranet
  • Project management tasks related to working closely with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure marketing assets are delivered on time
  • Preparing regular reports for digital channels and marketing campaigns
  • Conducting, organizing, and presenting research to inform digital strategies and planning
  • Maintaining documentation of our marketing operations processes, templates, tech stack, etc.
  • Communicating and supporting our internal clients with relevant marketing opportunities and awareness, e.g., professional profile optimization, sharing content on social media, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, journalism, or related field
  • 1-5 years of corporate experience in a sales or marketing coordination role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Drupal, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Console, Looker Studio, SEO tools/SEM Rush, LinkedIn
  • Polished professional communications and writing skills
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEM/PPC campaigns
  • Interest in or knowledge of evolving AI tools and applications pertaining to marketing operations and efficiencies
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to foster collaboration and effectively communicate both in writing and verbally with clients and stakeholders
  • Flexible, self-starter, capable of contributing ideas to evolving operations and marketing opportunities while juggling multiple priorities
