About the position

At LUMA Residential, we don’t just manage apartment communities—we elevate the quality of life for our Employees, Residents, and Investors. As our next Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help us bring that mission to life through engaging content, smart digital strategies, and on-brand execution across our portfolio of luxury apartment homes. This is a hybrid role based in the Dallas area, with occasional travel (up to 25%) to support community-level marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Craft high-quality content for digital channels (social media, websites, email, flyers, blogs)
  • Manage social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and monitor performance
  • Assist with marketing for new lease-ups, branding refreshes, and resident engagement
  • Organize and maintain brand and visual assets
  • Support digital ad campaigns, SEO, and analytics reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with onsite teams, vendors, and leadership
  • Learn and grow into event planning, outreach, and project management

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience (real estate or multifamily a plus)
  • Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for design
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite or Mailchimp is a plus
  • Solid working knowledge of: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
