About the position

The position involves supporting the marketing efforts of a real estate office through various responsibilities including listing and transaction support, social media management, recruiting and office marketing support, and administrative marketing tasks. The role requires creativity, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively with agents and management to enhance the office's marketing strategies and brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing materials for property listings and closed sales (flyers, brochures, Just Listed/Sold postcards, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Assist agents with transaction-related marketing tasks and ensure brand consistency
  • Plan, schedule, and post content across office and agent social media platforms
  • Monitor engagement and provide regular reports on performance
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and social media best practices
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies for agent recruitment
  • Design marketing materials, presentations, and digital content to support office growth
  • Help coordinate office events, workshops, and community outreach efforts
  • Maintain organized records of all marketing collateral
  • Track marketing budgets and vendor relationships as needed
  • Provide general support for branding efforts and company-wide marketing campaigns
  • Help coordinate and execute social events in the office

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of marketing or administrative experience, preferably in real estate or a similar fast-paced industry
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus
