About the position
The Marketing Analyst will join this client's growth Marketing team to help identify, track and report on Small Business Marketing operational and success metrics, including but not limited to: producing team level, program area and individual campaign reports, establishing benchmarks for key metrics across team, publishing reports on team impact monthly with quarterly recaps and halfly impact, and responding to leadership requests on campaign/project impact.
Responsibilities
- Producing team level, program area and individual campaign reports
- Establishing benchmarks for key metrics across team
- Publishing reports on team impact monthly with quarterly recaps and halfly impact
- Responding to leadership requests on campaign/project impact
- Tracking operational metrics such as capacity and output
- Delivering total campaign/content delivery reports
- Analyzing average timelines for delivery and by phase (brief, copy, design, dev)
- Measuring performance metrics including reach, engagement, open rates, CTR, CPA/CPC
- Tracking web metrics such as HQT, click tracking, bounce, time spent, video views
- Calculating customer sentiment score
- Comparing highest performing vs lowest creative by channel
- Conducting creative experimentation including A/B test results and new channel engagement
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing and marketing analysis
- Proficiency in Tableau and SQL
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience with marketing campaigns and reporting
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis
- Ability to create and manage dashboards
