About the position

The Marketing & Digital Content Manager plays a key role in driving DMA’s digital marketing efforts and enhancing its online presence. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. The Marketing & Digital Media Manager will manage the company’s digital channels, content creation, and advertising campaigns while analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize strategies. This hands-on role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring the brand message is consistently communicated across all digital platforms. Note: This is an on-site position. No remote work option available.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Manage all aspects of digital campaigns, ensuring that the strategies are aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Create and manage high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms (blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, etc.).
  • Oversee content planning and execution, ensuring that all materials are on-brand and tailored to various digital channels.
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as website traffic, engagement rates, conversion metrics, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., ensuring that budgets are adhered to and goals are met.
  • Manage and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and display networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with company goals.
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers for specialized content creation, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Recommend and implement new tactics and channels that help maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing efforts.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and improve the overall digital experience for users.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate digital marketing performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset for generating fresh and innovative content that resonates with audiences across various digital platforms.
  • Strong project management skills for managing multiple priorities and ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborative team player, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and their advertising ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Understanding of email marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
