The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel the company's growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Craft cohesive messaging frameworks that connect the dots across business units and functional areas to build a unified brand story.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external marketing firms in managing priorities, aligning expectations, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Facilitate alignment on marketing priorities across the organization and represent marketing in cross-functional forums.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and performance tracking of high-visibility marketing campaigns (e.g., original inventor campaigns, innovation forums).
  • Partner with external agencies to manage content creation, calendar execution, and engagement analytics.
  • Oversee the development and approval process of press releases, blog posts, award submissions, and strategic communications.
  • Ensure consistency in editorial voice for content based on stakeholder input, policies, and messaging strategy.
  • Direct monthly reporting, analytics review, and insight synthesis.
  • Translate performance metrics into program-level optimizations and executive-level recommendations.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with 3-5 years in a strategic or director-level capacity.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs.
  • Industry background in IP licensing, semiconductors, enterprise technology, or media and entertainment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • Strong executive presence, with a proven ability to influence across senior levels.
  • Mastery of storytelling and structured written communication.
  • Exceptional program and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strategic lens on content performance.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and leading agency deliverables.
  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn strategy, content marketing, and editorial planning.
  • Demonstrated use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
