About the position
We're looking for an outgoing, high-energy individual to join our Hilltop team as a Marketing & Events Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and spreading joy through our delicious Bundt Cakes. The primary focus is weekday marketing-visiting local businesses, attending events, and driving community awareness of our bakery. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as travel to nearby businesses is a key part of the role. This team member will also assist with organizing donations, tracking outreach, and supporting occasional shift coverage in the bakery. A great fit is someone who loves meeting new people, enjoys being out and about, and is passionate about helping others discover their new favorite sweet treat.
