Job Description
Marketing Events Manager
Successful law firm is looking for an articulate Marketing Events Manager to work in their Orange County office
Responsibilities for Marketing Events Manager:
Maintain marketing collateral including brochures, experience statements, presentations, pitches, clients lists, case studies, rankings, website content, intranet practice pages and lawyer biographies, ensuring materials are always up-to-date and well written.
Support a variety of rankings, awards, and surveys (i.e. Chambers, Legal 500). Includes tracking deadlines, researching and drafting submissions, and scheduling interviews.
Drive the preparation of domestic and cross-border pitches, proposals and capability statements. Includes research, writing, design and follow-up (tracking and reporting).
Significant use of proprietary and third party software (including InterAction) to support business development activities, ensuring proper tracking of data and a regular flow of information.
Research industry events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities, evaluate for business development value, and manage firm participation.
Coordinate the production and distribution of client alerts, newsletters, and other White & Case publications working with the Firms creative services and marketing technology teams.

* *Bachelors Degree with 6+ years relevant in a legal or professional services firm.

* * Excellent systems and database skills including InterAction, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* *Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a team environment
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
