About the position

Leap Consulting Group is seeking a Marketing, Growth & Operations Associate to join our team and work directly with our Managing Partner and leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to contribute across marketing, internal operations, and strategic initiatives. You'll help shape how Leap shows up externally — through brand content and lead generation — while also playing a key internal role in supporting leadership, coordinating projects, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and our website.
  • Assist with lead generation campaigns and strategic outreach to prospective clients.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategy.
  • Analyze content performance and make recommendations to optimize campaigns.
  • Maintain website content and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Managing Partner, helping organize and prioritize key initiatives.
  • Draft high-quality presentations, internal memos, and client updates.
  • Support cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and responsibilities stay on track.
  • Track internal commitments, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
  • Capture insights from leadership discussions and help move ideas from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manage subscriptions and tools, and support internal communications.
  • Help organize and prepare for team meetings, workshops, and client engagements.
  • Ensure internal documentation is organized, accurate, and accessible.
  • Assist with CRM updates and client outreach tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, strategy, project coordination, or executive support.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills — you can draft sharp, clear materials for professional audiences.
  • Comfortable working with LinkedIn, basic website or email platforms, and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and curiosity — you're excited to learn and contribute at multiple levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting an executive or leadership team.
  • Familiarity with content performance analytics (LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Skills in visual content creation (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
  • Interest in consulting, organizational growth, or social impact.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation including base salary and performance incentives.
  • Health benefits, retirement plan, and professional development support.
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful work from Day 1.
  • A collaborative, mission-driven environment that values innovation, trust, and impact.
