As a Marketing Insights & Research Manager at Anthropic, you will be part of a team driving data-informed decision making across all brand marketing initiatives. You will be a key member of a comprehensive insights practice that combines rigorous research methodologies with strategic business acumen to unlock deep understanding of our audiences, markets, and the evolving AI landscape. You'll be a trusted advisor to brand marketing, performance marketing and comms leaders, asking the critical questions and providing insights that shape how we communicate Anthropic’s unique positioning in the market and commitment to building safe, reliable AI systems. As we navigate the rapidly evolving AI industry, you'll need to balance long-term strategic thinking with the agility to deliver actionable insights quickly. You will be responsible for scoping, planning and managing qualitative and quantitative research projects and delivering keen insights that help marketing do what they do best: building Anthropic’s brand presence and driving awareness for Claude.
