Marketing Intern, Chartwells Higher Ed / Texas Woman's University

About the position

We're looking for a personable and proactive Marketing Intern to support our customer engagement efforts by gathering real-time feedback about our guests' dining experiences and more! In this role, you'll represent our brand, Pioneer Kitchen, at various dining locations and events, interacting directly with guests to collect valuable input that helps us improve service, menu offerings, and overall customer satisfaction. This position requires availability to table during evenings and weekends as needed. We are flexible to work around your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Public speaking
• Table at dining locations and events to engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Collect feedback through in-person conversations, surveys, and digital tools (QR codes, etc.)
• Accurately record and organize guest responses and insights
• Identify common trends, themes, or concerns in feedback and communicate findings to the marketing team
• Ensure all outreach materials (signage, flyers, giveaways, etc.) are set up and displayed properly by the marketing standards
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve feedback collection strategies and guest engagement tactics
• Always represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

Requirements
