Marketing Intern- Norwalk Based

About the position

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across a variety of digital and creative projects. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in hospitality marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online promotions.
• Support content scheduling and publishing on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Help create, update, and organize marketing collateral using Canva (social posts, flyers, event signage, etc.).
• Coordinate and support photoshoots across hotel properties, including scheduling, shot lists, and on-site assistance.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content for social media during property visits or events.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct competitor and market research as needed to support campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorms and team meetings, contributing creative ideas and fresh perspectives.
• Assist with tracking campaign performance and organizing reports and assets.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and Canva; experience with email platforms (like Mailchimp, Emma, or similar) is a plus.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or basic camera to capture content; eye for composition and aesthetics is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in hospitality, travel, or branding is a plus.
