This part-time role (20 hours/week) offers hands-on experience across marketing process improvement, data optimization, and campaign execution, while contributing to the execution of our Q3/Q4 marketing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Document and streamline marketing processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist in maintaining data cleanliness within CRM and marketing systems, ensuring accurate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) targeting.
  • Support LinkedIn profile and company page optimization to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Update and create sales and marketing content, including design and production of collateral.
  • Provide general project management support to organize and track Q3/Q4 marketing plans and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in marketing operations, content creation, and digital optimization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn content management and optimization.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and data hygiene best practices.
  • Project coordination or project management experience.
