About the position

At TrueScripts, we’re committed to reshaping pharmacy benefit management through transparency, trust, and innovation. As part of our Marketing and Product Development team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our clients and members. The Marketing Intern role is a paid opportunity designed for college students pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. This internship will provide you with real-world experience in marketing project management and the opportunity to develop practical skills in content creation, campaign coordination, and event promotion. You’ll work closely with our marketing team, gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of a transparent and ethical PBM.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Write and edit content for various platforms, including email campaigns, social media, and newsletters.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all communications.
  • Contribute to the promotion of industry events by coordinating social media posts, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for conferences and other events.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using marketing tools and dashboards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns.
  • Shadow team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of marketing project management.
  • Attend team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with common software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Suite); familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
