Marketing Lead, Livepeer Foundation (Remote)

About the position

We’re looking for a mid-level Web3-native Marketing Lead to take the reins of our marketing roadmap, shaping the voice, visuals, and vibe of the Livepeer project to ensure the world is paying attention. You’ll be the heartbeat of our story, bringing creativity, strategy, and execution together to make our presence unforgettable. You’ll lead content, events, design, and social strategy to raise awareness, working with agencies to drive engagement, and build the Livepeer brand globally. From day one, this will be your playground.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver standout content across socials and the blog, helping to bring Livepeer’s story to life.
• Run the content calendar like your creative playground, showcasing and collaborating with projects building on and in the Livepeer ecosystem.
• Lead the design of the Livepeer website, coordinating upgrades that reflect our evolving story, bold identity, and community energy.
• Dream up and deliver IRL events from online AMAs to meetups and hacker houses that inspire builders, core contributors and investors.
• Help to shape the Livepeer brand look and feel, working with brilliant designers and brand strategists to make sure everything we put out looks as sharp as it sounds.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years experience in Marketing roles (social media management, content creation).
• A minimum 2+ years experience working in Web3, preferably with builder ecosystems.
• Their own following on X, Bluesky or Farcaster.
• Curiosity about the future of social (particularly decentralised social).
• Experience managing projects and budgets.
• Worked with decentralised infrastructure projects (big bonus!).

• Experience with decentralized infrastructure projects.
