Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the US Country lead and global marketing and solution teams to develop a deep understanding of the Orion Health and Healwell.ai capabilities.
  • Create and adapt from global marketing and product materials collateral for the US aligned to market strategy and US healthcare segments.
  • Build and execute on targeted campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline.
  • Support early U.S. customers to become vocal champions and case studies.
  • Successful delivery of events, campaigns, and cut through communications.
  • Generation of content that helps meet marketing goals.
  • Excellent communication across key stakeholders.
  • High level of detail and accuracy to executive reporting requirements and project management.
  • Support the broadening of the existing Orion Health solution suite into new market segments and launch the Virtuoso Patient Engagement Platform in the US.
  • Develop and execute U.S. market entry strategies for Healwell.ai solutions including positioning, launch plans, and integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and clinical teams to refine value propositions for each solution and buyer persona.
  • Localize and adapt messaging, assets, and strategies to align with U.S. regulations and healthcare workflows.
  • Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns (awareness through conversion) across digital, event, and field marketing channels.
  • Lead content development across formats—case studies, whitepapers, webinars, email sequences, landing pages, sales tools.
  • Oversee paid and organic campaigns targeting healthcare decision-makers (CMIOs, CIOs, VP Pop Health, Innovation teams).
  • Manage U.S. presence at key healthcare conferences (e.g., HIMSS, HLTH, ViVE, NAACOS).

Requirements

  • Knowledge of and previous experience in Healthcare Technology environments is essential.
  • Experience developing strategic marketing plans and delivering across a wide range of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Experience with RFP responses (bid management), preferably IT bid management desirable.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management/organizational skills are essential.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar fields; desirable but dependent on experience as required above.
