From innovative technology to changing the way end-to-end enterprise strategies are delivered; Client and its customers have amazing stories to tell. We are seeking an expert storyteller to craft new ways of showcasing how Client technology is bringing value to our customers and transforming brand interactions. In this position, you will define the narrative around how client brings Enterprise marketing themes and messaging to its customers and build out content to support that narrative. You will work with internal and external designers, writers, and agency partners to create assets to support field events and webinar marketing activities, with a focus on asset re-use. Assets will include, but are not limited to, interactive content, hands-on experiences, sizzle videos, promotion kits, and keynote and session presentations. You will also own key customer partnerships and work directly with customers to build content that highlights their success with Client. The perfect candidate should be passionate about understanding the customer perspective and what it takes to be successful with client technology. You must ensure we tell a story that includes the people and process side of the digital transformation equation. You should understand how client technology supports our customers' business objectives. We are looking for a person who has a creative approach to helping our customers understand what they can achieve. You will need to partner with and influence stakeholders cross-functionally. Someone who thinks outside of traditional and known storytelling formats will excel in this role.
