By grouping hundreds of orders together, we create a seamless, affordable, and joyful lunch experience for employees and employers alike. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue. You’ll own key growth initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and play a critical role in shaping our lead generation tactics. You should be comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end, analyzing performance, and making decisions based on data. Responsibilities

  • Execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, content, paid media, and events
  • Own campaign performance metrics and report on results, insights, and optimizations
  • Manage lead generation and nurture programs
  • Execute creative marketing strategies across both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring tailored messaging and channel mix for each
  • Launch full-funnel campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Create compelling B2B enablement materials (case studies, decks, one-pagers) and B2C-facing content (landing pages, emails, paid ad copy)
  • Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to help us stand out in a competitive market

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment
  • B2B and B2C knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with Google and Linkedin ads
  • Proven success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with email automation or lifecycle marketing is a plus
  • A balance of creative thinking and data-driven decision making
