We are currently looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join us at our facility in Austria. The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communication plans to enhance brand visibility, promote products or services, and engage target audiences. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, communication strategies, and industry trends. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance and tactical support and collaborate with business leaders, segment marketing, sales, and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global marketing communications objectives, strategies, and tactics.
  • Determine the appropriate mix/allocation of communications to reach desired audiences.
  • Develop solid creative target audience-specific briefs.
  • Create compelling and relevant content and ensure consistency in messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Ensure agreement on priorities and adjust plans as required by changing market conditions.
  • Uphold brand identity and standards in all communication materials.
  • Coordinate and track various projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage and control communication budgets, in alignment with business goal and segment priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize, manage and support tradeshows and events.
  • Guide and advise on digital marketing communications for social media, website and other key communication channels.
  • Lead and manage promotional campaigns.
  • Write and design compelling communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Support the operations of the marketing communications activities including agency partnerships and vendor alliances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in journalism, communications, marketing, business, or similar discipline.
  • At least 7 -10 years of experience managing corporate or marketing communications for a global Fortune 500 company.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Familiarity with B-to-B marketing and strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work and engage high level stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns.
  • Experience with event or tradeshow management.
  • Familiar with digital marketing automation software.
  • Familiar with customer relationship management software.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing is a plus.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to be accountable, collaborative, and transparent in daily work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
